How to Order

Dainty Designs aim is to provide a fast and friendly service to all our customers.  No matter how large or small your order you can be assured that we will pay close attention to detail from the time of your enquiry to the delivery of your goods.

With a range of pre-designed stationery available for any occasion you can either order the design of your choice or if you already have something in mind we will work closely with you to design your own stationery.

Samples
Samples can be ordered before committing to purchase the full requirement and a small charge of £2.50 including postage and packing will be charged per invitation.  This charge will be refunded (up to a maximum of £10.00) off your final order.

Payment
When placing a full order payment of a 50% deposit will be requested of the total cost before work will commence on your stationery.  Full payment will be requested on all orders under £100 before work will commence.  Proofs will always be e-mailed to you to check and once we have your approval a completed proof will be posted to you free of charge.  

Orders can be paid via our online secure payment facility PayPal who will accept all major debit and credit cards or bank transfers.  Or if you prefer you can send a cheque or postal order.  Please e-mail for details.

How many should I order?
Please remember to order more invitations than you require allowing for unexpected changes.  It’s not unusual to forget someone or to want to add to your guest list at the last minute.  You also need to allow for mistakes in addressing your invitations (it happens to the best of us).

When should I order?

Wedding Invitations are traditionally sent out to your guests 6 to 12 weeks before your wedding it is therefore important that you order your invitations at least 3 months before your wedding.
 
We aim to complete your order within 3 to 4 weeks or sooner where possible but please allow at least 6 weeks at busy times e.g. summer to complete your order.

How to place a full order
1.    Contact us by e-mail or use the contact us form.
2.    Proofs and Invoice will be sent to you to check.
3.    Confirm you are happy with your proofs.
4.    Send deposit via PayPal, Cheque or Postal order (full payment required for orders under £100)
5.    Order will be completed.
6.    Invoice will be sent to you for remainder of balance once order completed.
7.    Order will be posted by guaranteed delivery (signed for) once payment is complete.
